Thankfully, i didn't realize i was "fat" until i suddenly lost a lot of weight. It helped me to not be insecure about myself back then.
Now that i lost 20kgs, dysmorphophobia hits from time to time, but i'm still happy with how far i've come.
What i learnt so far is that losing weight is not hard as we all think, a bit of will is all what we need. Going to the gym was the best part of my life through the whole process: it was what gave me confidence and helped me learn how insignificant the numbers are cuz i gained weight when i was working out, but my body was getting more and more beautiful. My back muscles started to show as well.
Stay confident and happy y'all. And remember your weight isn't your whole life. This uinverse has much to offer other than just comparing your appearance to others ❤

I have an eating disorder. I'm doing better now but when i was 10 or 11 i stopped eating breakfast because of the things people said to me. After that i gained weight so i stopped eating lunch as well. My mom took me to see a nutritionist a few years later who told me that the reason I was gaining weight is because i don't eat enough and that my body was saving "fat reserves" in order to protect me in case I'll eat too little again. Of course, whenever I tell people this, they don't believe me. It sucks always being told to "just eat less" when I was already anorexic

Anyway i just wanted to say "mess up your metabolism" doesn't just mean it's unhealthy, it could under circumstances actually make you gain weight in case anyone here thinks "idc if it messes with my health as long as I'll be skinny" i used to think that and it was really dumb

You're the only fitness content creator that reminds me it's alright to take it slow. To give myself a break. To be patient with your body because it's still yours ❤ you are the only one who I've seen who shows the side of her social media doesn't usually know about. You help me be confident. Похоже ее при родах рылом в таз уронили, поэтому оно и стало такое квадратное. Ткт еще и анаболики помогли.
