You should give a demonstration on how to program the header and footer on the receipt. The directions in the manual are useless. I had to call tech support and they were great, and I got them fast, but still would be great to watch it step by step.

Hey question, is there a way to take in credit card reports on the receipts? Following your guide doing everything we are just accepting cash but is it possible to cycle through for example cash, credit and debit on the receipts themselves?

I tried to make multiple departments with tax but the second I do another one it overwrite the tax for the other departments

Hi. After programming the date and the time, it now give me E5 error whenever I try to enter a transaction. It was working fine before I set the time and date. I tried doing the program for the PL again but it doesn't let me do the transaction after. Please help.
