Both are respectively powerful, Dust and Killer are strong in their own ways.


For Example. . . Dust Sans is still "Sans" which makes him able to use abilities such as "Screen cut" and teleportation.
Along with his sanity still in place, he would be able to find ways to outsmart enemies.
He might also have Phantom Papyrus to assist him.

Killer however is a "Chara" allowing him to use a knife like an absolute mass murderer, they are still able to use sharp bones and blasters, making him a threat.

His LV and experience makes him powerful, along with Chara directing Killer to outsmart this Sans.

- Good fighter at melee range and use this style more than Classic Sans but still use GB, Bones- Same kit than Classic Sans but way stronger
- Genius like Classic Sans but less lazy, careful and strategic
- He doesn't have other's monsters attacks (why he need them first) and doesn't fight with Asgore's trident but he already fight with Toy Knife canonly and can fight with True Knife and The Locket (he knows where are them because he hides them from The Human canonly)

Summary : Murder Sans got all Classic Sans kit and but way stronger and determined and he is a good melee range fighter and can heal himself. He is a good manipulator and strategist VS Killer who is a very good melee range fighter but can only use his True Knife and his Sharp Bones in a fight and he is determined and can actually use SAVE, LOAD and RESET. He is easy to provoke and can be manipulated.

Conclusion : Depending if Murder is prepared or not or if Killer get careful or not but generally, it would be Murder Sans who win the battle with low diff (doesn't mean he kills Killer Sans) but Murder Sans needs to break the determination of Killer Sans to actually kill him. Murder Sans just need one victory to win and never let a chance to Killer Sans by always changing his attack pattern.

Dust wins due to his experience and his and Killers Stats being almost identical. Dust has more abilities then Killer since he can summon more then 1 blaster but Killer can only summon 1 for a fight.

Genuinely speaking idk why this is a debate you're comparing a LV 19 Sans to a LV 20 Sans WITH a human soul. If we were to calculate their stats Dust would have 4-80 HP 37 ATK and 4 DEF at LV 19. Killer is a bit more complicated but we can use Asriel for this equation, Asriel has 9999 HP from the power of 7 souls so to work out the boost of 1 soul we'd have to do 9999÷7=1428. For his ATK we can use Omega Flowey for this one who can 1 shot even a LV 20 Frisk (if you hack yourself that much) along with them having the locket which gives them 99 extra DEF meaning Omega Flowey would have atleast 200 ATK, 200÷6=33. For his DEF considering considering GT Sans' DEF defaults at 999 after absorbing the same soul Killer absorber then it's safe to say he'd have atleast 999 DEF. So Killer at LV 1 if we add his stats to our equation would have 1429 HP 34 ATK and 999 DEF which means he already solos Dust just at LV 1, for LV 20 he'd have 1508 HP 72 ATK and 1029 DEF (he would have 171 ATK with the knife) which basically already means he solos Dust there is no debate in terms of stats. For abilities Killer takes it because Canon Dust doesn't have any additional abilities he can just remember resets and has LV. Hax also go to Killee due to Save, Loading and Resetting. Strength, Speed, Stamina, Durability and Experience all go to Killer. Skill is debatable although Dust constantly fights someone on his level whilst Killer mostly fights people weaker than him (regular Monsters and Boss Monsters) so I'd give Skill to Dust.
