Another top video Del 👌👌👌. You know your way around a kitchen job. You knew the corner posts weren’t working for you. That’s experience for ya. Around the dishwasher/washer I like to cut a piece of spare plinth or panel with an edge at 600mm and screw it in, sometimes pocket screw from the top. I just do it position the panels and don’t need to jack up the appliance as much. Looking forward to part 2 when I get time to watch 😆.
Thanks Del 👍👍

So to remove that corner post you have to just undo 2000 screws 🤣🤣🤣 good job you are a patient man. Another fantastic install 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I was impressed with the ease in which you installed the Fridge/Freezer into it's housing.

I don't recall ever fitting a kitchen that didn't have a design flaw, it's all computer designed it makes you wonder how they can mess up. The corner posts are such an obvious thing, better to just supply a couple of 300 end panels or doors and let the fitter make them to suit. for doors with a profile I used to cut the corner posts at 45deg for a nice finish. Great to watch thanks Del.

nice one buddy. I do the same with the end panel and plinth looks so much better. great trick not to snap the legs on tall units when your on your own. will definitely use that next kitchen I fit.

Nice to see you back again Del, doing some more great work as always. The builder you work for must do some quality work, as all the walls and floors seem to be good for level and plumb.👍👍

Liked the tip re the noggins...My father in law had a saying "one look before you is better than two after you", in other words plan, plan, plan...

Another great video and another instance where the joiner has to rectify the problems caused by a poor designer. In my humble opinion, for symmetry the panels really should be mirrored top and bottom. In this case the wall cabs over the oven are off set, because of the wall end panels, losing symmetry and causing the delay and extra work that you had to carry out. All for the sake of one base end panel ripped in half and each half placed either side of the oven. This would have reduced labour and symmetry would have been restored. The designer obviously wanted you to go to a lot of the extra work to highlight his discrepancy. There are some great kitchen designers out there (generally ex joiners 😜) and then there are the others who can’t think past the screen they live in front of where everything works because it’s on a screen. Well done Del, great job as usual 👍🏼

Hi Del, another good video. I am hesitant about fitting any kitchen measured by others. In my experience most of them have issues. Some problems are are easier than others to get over. At least it’s not just me, a couple of others in the comments section have also had a few problems. Oh well the joys of fitting kitchens. Thanks Del.

Nice one del, I do the same as you mate, I always order an extra length of plinth so I can make my corners what ever I need 👍

Excellent job. Glad you pushed the units back, 80mm might not seem much but in a small kitchen it can make a massive difference 👍
