Actually, I'm pretty sure the re-edited Lucasified version of E.T. came out on March 22, 2002 so it's actually been 10 years almost 11 in 2013. But anyway, great review. I already bought the bluray+dvd+digital copy+ ultraviolet package. I wonder if there's anyway to buy the plush toy and spaceship by itself. I also want to buy the digibook bluray.

Just buy it! the transfer to blu-ray looks amazing and its the original theatrical version not that crap that was on DVD 2005 with the added scenes with horrible CGI also the scenes where they blocked out the guns. Well worth the 20 dollar purchase plus you get a cool plush toy

i think they should have put both cuts like the ultimate edition has i used my digital code so you should use that code so you dont have to worry about the blue ray getting damaged

it is the original edition i love this movie i loved both cuts but it is sad both cuts like the dvd conter part in 2002 was not included oh well i am happy to have this on blue ray as well i got all 3 edition and people do use digital copy codes you should use that while you still can

i have to get this, too bad the plush is depressed. I also skipped DVD of this and last time was VHS. Thanks for sharing! If you guys dont want the digital copy Ill be more than happy to watch it :) inbox me if i can have it
