Trump Violating Law HE Signed With New Tariff Pledge

Donald Trump has promised to enact harsh tariffs on both Canada and Mexico, something that economists and industry leaders are warning would cripple the United States. But there's another problem - by enacting these proposed tariffs, Trump would actually be violating the USMCA which HE signed into law while president. The USMCA was one of Trump's signature pieces of legislation that he pushed for, and now he's planning on violating the law during his second term. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
