Minecraft: Easy Mob Spawner XP Farm Tutorial | 1.20 Zombie & Skeleton

Hey guys Whispy (or JWhisp) here and welcome to another video! Today I show you all how to make the easiest zombie and skeleton xp/item farm FOR BEDROCK AND JAVA EDITION! while also being super efficient!

Pro Tips:
1- Setup a soul Sand and Magma Block elevator to easily travel to and from the farm from the overworked surface.
2- If you're on Bedrock (includes console players) then you'll need to use soul soil to place the kelp. Then replace it with the soul sand once the kelp has reached the top.
3- If you have a trident or two (can be almost broken), setup a auto trident kill box just above the hopper. Meaning you can go AFK and still collect XP.

I really appreciate how easy this seems and how well you explained it all! Some other videos like this seem to be too long or hard to follow, but this was perfect!! Just want to thank you for doing what you do and still explaining how to make mob farms for those of us just getting into farming. I used to just go out in the night and hunt for mobs, thinking that these farms would need a bunch of redstone knowledge and take way too long to set up. It does matter how many blocks down you go for the kill chamber... Went down 23 blocks and even moved it up some... They kept insta dying even at 20 blocks

Hey I’m on bedrock the farm worked fine but I then left the farm and came back 20 minutes later and the zombies arnt spawning anymore

I keep having baby zombies being stuck inside the stone wall anything i can replace the wall with? Also glow squid keep spawning and blocking them slowly.

What I thought was pretty funny is the zombies kept turning into drowns and we kept getting Full durability armor and stuff from them

THIS. DOES. NOT. WORK!! These new builds where you move them all to the corner before sending them up the water elevator doesn't take them far enough away from the spawner. Only 5 or 6 mobs will spawn and then stops. I had to build it the old way to get mine to work. The old way is where you have them head away from the spawner in a straight line before going up the water elevator.

Hey bro I have a tough spawner situation in my world. It's a double spawner with spider and zombie. I'm having trouble with the kill spot that works with both 😅
