The original Nusret near the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is actually very affordable for general westerners. I'm not really a steak person (don't hate me please) but an amazing burger with chips was about £8.00. Comparatively, the same meal in the Knightsbridge Nusret in London I'm guessing is significantly higher.
