The most famous physical feature on Everest, the Hillary Step, at 28,750 feet, is a 40-foot spur of snow and ice. First climbed in 1953 by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, the Hillary Step is the last obstacle barring access to the gently angled summit slopes. MANY believe that the earthquake in 2015 knocked a gigantic boulder loose, thus making it easier to ascend and descend this perilous landmark en route to and from the summit of Mount Everest.

I think the climbers and promoter's like the bodies close and on display. It gives the whole climb a bit of edge

I pretty sure you say later in another video that the climber is Don Cash. Guy was an absolute savage with the most determination and hardness In the game. I say that because you see him laying there, dead. Not everyone can climb Mount Everest some make it, some don't. If you ever think you want to climb Everest, look up the list of deaths. Read their qualifications, the mountains they've already climbed. And see where you rank among them.

They haul all kinds of stuff to base camp n up to the other camps. They can certainly lower bodies via ropes camp to camp or by sled. The pollution of Nepal’s and Tibet’s drinking water is the top priority not rich people on holiday. The human feces is another issue. Using approved fecal disposal methods at higher camps vs just 💩 on the ground is vital for prevention of intestinal parasitic and microbial infections that could prove fatal at those elevations
