Still couldn't decide because there is so much complaining that the curls don't last in addition to warnings about Dyson warranty and customer service being terrible. I ultimately opted for the T3 curling iron. 😅

Be careful with the flex fusion becaise the ceramic plates go to 215 degrees celcius on dry hair
