The difference between just playing and knowing exactly what you're doing. Plus stretching the laws to their limits !

Thank you for providing the not so obvious tactics of the sly side of rugby, to those who are interested to keep learning.

For someone who has been out of the game for 50 years, it can get confusing, as to what is and isn’t happening.

Something that never changes is that the AB’s will always know how to extend the rules just beyond the limits, without getting penalised.

Obviously they used to have Richie to drag even more of that into the game.

It’s not that the AB’s always play better rugby, it’s just that they are very sly, and that allows them to capitalise on that, along with their allotted portion of 3 forward passes per match.

Fortunately it only rugby.🤪

I’m aware as to how many Kiwis tend to loose their sense of humour about such things, but please be assured, I am only taking the piss, with my fingers crossed.

The final and real problem here is that the English winger hovers around the wrong side of the contact area, doing nothing, and only responds when Telea has the ball.

What worries me is it seems like the only way to truly create space is if a player is out of position or if you do things like this at the ruck (which everyone does) or legalised obstruction like Ireland does. If oppurtunities can only be created at the margins of the law then maybe the laws aren't fit for purpose

The pot calling the Kettle black 😂 England's tactic of tackling the ball carrier regardless of ball in play or transferred on is to take him out of the equation thereby reducing the probabilities

England had two cracks and fell short of an 80 minute game. What happened?

Yeh part of the problem is England had a perfectly good try disallowed at the other end as usual.

you would have to be stupid to not drive away from the touch line. Otherwise it naturally drives towards the touch line as english players flood across. Its the only way to create space for your winger in this situation.
