America's Most Extreme Water Slide: Royal Flush | BSR Cable Park

These are all lanes of the Royal Flush water slide at BSR Cable Park on the outskirts of Waco, Texas, United States. The Slip N Fly water slide features four lanes with one ramp each, launching guets up in the air, right before throwing them into the deep lake. While the smallest slide is only equipped with a very small ramp (hardly making for any airtime), the other three slides make riders become airborne for multiple seconds. Depending on how you land, the upper three lanes can be quite painful to ride, however, the life jacket (which has to be used on the ride) weakens the impact a lot. Due to the intensity of the ride, guests have to sign a waiver in order to ride.

Dies sind alle Spuren der Royal Flush Wasserrutsche im BSR Cable Park am Stadtrand von Waco in Texas, USA. Die Slip N Fly Wasserrutsche besteht aus vier Spuren mit je einer Rampe, durch welche man in die Luft geschleudert wird und anschließend im großen See landet. Während die niedrigste der vier Spuren nur eine sehr kleine Rampe besitzt (wodurch man so gut wie gar nicht abhebt), wird man bei den anderen Bahnen mehrere Meter in die Luft geschleudert. Abhängig davon wie man aufkommt, kann das Ganze recht schmerzhaft werden, wobei die Rettungsweste (welche genutzt werden muss) den Stoß stark abfedert. Aufgrund der Intensität der Rutsche müssen alle Gäste vor der Benutzung einen Vertrag bzw. Haftungsausschluss unterschreiben.

When you're airborne, it reminds me of a scene from Deadpool 2 where Wade Wilson tries to jump onto a moving vehicle but misses and falls onto the road. I wonder if anybody ever went off the slide and into the air yelling "I got it. No I don't" as they were about to land in the pool.

They have one of these on the beach in Cesenatico, Italy (as part of a hotel pool). It has quite a lot of airtime so I would say one of the two highest ones in this video, no waiver or life jackets.
