Nepal's festival disrupted by April quake

One of Nepal's largest and most important festivals, Dashain, is under way.

Traditionally the chariot procession moves through the medieval inner city parts of Kathmandu, but the chariot was broken in April's earthquake and still remains unfixed.

This has delayed the onset of the festival, and many are not in the mood to celebrate this year.
