For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

I dont think he deserves radiant yet. Like cuz he shakes alot (prob bcuz hes nervous) so the firmness isnt there, but dont get me wrong tho he is still crispy with those hs. And his reloading is questionable (still prob bcuz hes nervous) but all and all he has the potential to become radiant just like everyone else including the bronze he played against.
