Thanks again Gary I appreciate the information you gather and the even handed reports you give.

I think there is a big group of cruisers waiting for things to open up, but they are not anxious to go with the current restrictions. Solo travelers like me don't want to go if there are port restrictions (or no ports), no shared dining, restricted activities on board because of social distancing, etc. I don't cruise just to ride around on a boat and eat. I want to meet and interact with people, see ports I haven't seen, etc.

I love cruising, but its feeling more and more like it will be a doctor appointment at sea when it starts up.

I did not realize how much we missed cruising until we saw pictures and videos of the 24 cruises we have done throughout the years. It is certainly a tragedy what has befallen the cruise industry, hope it all mends itself before too much permanent damage is done. Great video Gary. Cheers from Canada.

Thank you for the update. I don't believe cruising for me (US) will happen until 2021.

Temperature screening is pointless. Most that are positive don’t have a temperature. And if you did have a temp. A couple Tylenol will get your temp down enough to get on the ship.

Thanks very much for your update Gary. Your updates are the very best. The start up of cruising is so different to what we all loved in the past. Going to be a huge learning curve.

Thank you for sharing this important update. I'm going to the website, and then fill out the questioner.

Your optimism about the CDC asking for comments from the public is commendable but whether it's on target or not is another matter. The CDC will be very risk adverse in their decisions, and if they allow cruises with subsequent consequential problems, blaming the public's comments is not going to be a good defense.

Thanks for the update Gary, but I find it depressing. As the uk is no longer in the EU, the last thing I want to do is cruise round the UK.Any ideas of where I could cruise for

Your updates are top notch. Informative, direct and valuable. I think a lot of us are hoping many things will change by the end of the 2020. Particularly if a vaccine is discovered. We’ll still have precautions, regulations and a new “normal” but we’ll be sailing again with confidence. Stay optimistic. Thanks Gary.

Thanks Gary! The US should change the rule requiring a visit to a foreign port. Here in Canada, I’d like to see cruises focusing on Canadian ports within regional bubbles. For example Halifax, Sydney, Saint John, Quebec City, Montreal.

Gary. The cruise companies would have avoided being disappointed in the smaller number of people signing up for the new cruises if they had checked your viewers comments. Most people cruise to have FUN, a good time. With all the restrictions, many people find cruising has become more of a burden, and they are willing to wait until things get closer to normal.

The issue with bookings will be unacceptable restrictions ie; closed pools, limited theater seating, no buffet, or for heavens sake, MASKS ??!! The issue with slow bookings will NOT be lack of interest
