On one hand I am surprised that rockstar even came back to this game but on the other hand I am also very disappointed that they seemingly didn't improve much or even anything. They actually made it worse in some aspects. Either way thanks for keeping us up to date Mark!

You would think more "professional" video game journalists would update their audiences when games get certain patches (which could be game changing). I'm glad SwitchUp actually makes content like that for Switch games.

I know that you mentioned how you noticed how the people were driving erratic, crashing into one another and how you were parked in an area observing the textures and heard explosions. What I think Rockstar was going for is the realism of Los Angeles and how it is very close to the truth on how people drive there. I should know, I used to live there. Lol

Thanks for these updates. I caved and picked up the GTA trilogy, and after playing each for a while I am probably just going to return to the versions of them I have on Steam/PC. The mods are fantastic and really make the game look great while retaining that PS2-era charm.

Improved stability usually means "we fixed some crashes" in dev speak. That said, you can certainly break something by fixing some part of the code, so it's possible to introduce new problems :)

I bought the trilogy over Christmas last year, was playable then and thoroughly enjoyed all 3 without too many issues, im tempted to go back and check them out

This is by far one of the best things this chanel does. Most reviewers do the one review but being able to see update info without having to find out yourself is just a wallet saver. Always worth the wait. Won't be buying GTA unfortunately.
