Skyrim ~ How To Keep Both Red Eagle's Bane And Fury

This video tutorial shows how to get and keep both the Red Eagle's Bane and Fury. This requires not starting the side quest until the given point in the video. So do NOT pick up or read "The Legend of Red Eagle" or "Red Eagle's Rite" until the right time. From Markarth head down the road to Kolskeggr Mine. Cross the rivers there and follow the dirt trail to the entrance of Red Eagle Ascent. Go upwards through that cave to Red Eagle's Redoubt. Go up towards the Sundered Towers where the briar heart sits. Kill him and take the Red Eagle's Fury. Now go to Rebel's Cairn. (With the quest still unstarted). Place Fury in the weapon slot. The door will open. Take it back, the door slams shut and the sword is now a non-quest item. Drop it right there. Exit and head back to the Briarheart corpse. Take a second Red Eagle's Fury. Read one of the books. (if Red Eagle's Rite isn't seen blast it out with an explosive spell). This will start the quest. Go to Rebel's Cairn. Leave the first sword alone on the ground and place the second sword in the weapon slot. Go in the tomb and kill Red Eagle. Upon return take Red Eagle's Bane and Red Eagle's Fury off the ground. As long as the quest isn't started again you can also go back to the Briarheart, get another Fury, Put it in the weapon slot at Rebel's cairn and take it out as a non-quest item then repeat for infinite Red Eagle Furies.

Is it really worth it to keep the first blade, or is it just a fun lil exploit?

Could you just use a blizzard scroll to knock the sword out of the holster?

I just duplicated the sword then put one in, while leaving one to my companion.

U can do it even if u started the quest

My eagles fury sword only does 13 damage :/
