The way I see it, she’s a good duo dps with chixia. Chixia is quite bursty and fills up her forte quickly so she can benefit from Changli outro buff for the duration of it. Might be an unorthodox team to some, but it’s the team I’ll use.

I actually think her best team are going to be quickswaps whit Encore or Rover. Since you can swap cancel almost all her kit. So her sinergi whit Encore looks great

Her uptime is going to be crazy. Dodge Counter starts the next basic attack at BA3. I also haven't heard anyone else talk about how she teleports with TS: Conquest, and the range is surprisingly farther than one would expect.

Do these calculations take her self-buffs into account? Since 25% ATK, 20-40% Fusion damage and the 15% Def pen would make this insane.

Ppl claiming she is a buffer/support kinda needs to see these stuff bro. Changli is meant to be an onfield, main DPS dealing consistent damage throughout the field time she demands. She needs that field time in order to build up stacks to be able to release her HA Forte which her kit is mainly based on... we'll BA a lot just to fill up that gauge and build 4 stacks as fast as possible and repeatedly..

Correct me if im wrong but there is no mention on how long her rotation gonna take? From some videos I've watched so far, her rotation string is quite long, comparable to Jihnsi. Isnt that going to affect the final outcome? Remember that DPS mean damage per second so it's better to calculate exactly just that (including burst DPS like Jihnsi too) so the result will be fair. Just a suggestion tho.

IMO inferno rider prolly right after TS: Conquest (2 stacks). using it latter would interupt combos/eat into the time for her sword buff. but still late enough to last well into her big dam. could use it after the 3 stack. but feels like the end of the buff would be wasted.

I love this video, but i wanted to ask, when comparing to Jiyan and Jinshi, this is damage per rotation which is vastly different than Damage Per Second, i would like to see comparing how long each one of their rotation takes so we can have a more accurate comparison that way, if that info already exists, id appreaciate it if you let me know 🙏

i'm a simple man, i saw ara-ara char then i pull. Been doing that in HSR as well i put Himeko, Kafka, Jing liu and seele in the same team. Screw meta imma put Yinlin and Changli together.

I decided for jinshi wep and to use standard choice box for swords for havoc/changli, hopefully i made good choice, her wep has been a roller coaster seeing it change so much

13:40 Because in their sim, Encore is running an R5 4* while Changli has sig. Give Encore a Sig and she'll pop off. Especially with Zeishi's which has high odds of buffing Basic Attack damage. Changli should still have a slight edge considering the buff, but the opposite would be concerning from a limited character

Personally I plan to use Changli with Enfore S4 and Mortefi S6 since I want a full fire team.

if you could make a movie showing changli damage it would be easier to understand. not everyone look at numbers and with a showcase of the damage we will know everything at one glance
