My son has a big filament jam inside the extruder, any ideas on a fix?

They have to make cura settings for different quality and nozzle sizes. I have problem with underextrudion and string. No meter what I do i can't solve that. To be beginner friendly they must provide more defoult settings. When I bought artillery genius pro they had all of thet and with defoult settings I'm printing everything. My mingda magician x2 now is sitting on the side, I don't use it, and I'm waiting settings and videos about solving problems I address. I paid 300e for printer and I cant use it because I'm not expert in sliceing. Most of the people who use 3d printer for hobby don't have time and knowledge about slicer setting, because if we have we would buy those creality printers under 200e. So it will be nice if people from mingda company solve those problems. Thanx
