Myself have got to witness an authentic GT350 race 289. At idle it's loud as the nitromethane funny cars. The best sounding exhaust note I've ever heard in my life. I've always said 65 66 GT350 289 is the ultimate Man's car. It has a sound and a feel that is just magical no other car comes close. I don't care that it's not the fastest or Corners better than every other car. It just has something that no other car has.

Cool. My uncle called his 289s " FULL HOUSE they get up to 9000- 1000 rpm yes they do. Beautiful and this one is sweeeet. 500 plus hp 🎉🎉
