So freaking wrong today .. that was 60 years ago...
Can't wait around for a raise or a promotion if you have been doing a great job.. and they might not notice or not want to do that... Always be looking and interviewing for better jobs .. this way you are ready to jump ship for more money or better position if you find you are not goong to get it at your current place ...👍😊

Do something right do it for life. Do the wrong job thats got a ceiling is dooming yourself to a dead end. There are limits to how far you can get in certain roles and its about finding transferable skills and knowing when to move on.
