I hear "softer than typical plastic" and instantly think of the increase in micro plastics

Bought my fiancée the Tanita scale on Wednesday. Happiest day of this year for her.

Been totally waiting for these style of videos from you guys! Love it.

Could you do your favorite knives and maybe your favorite pans next?

That tho boyyy!!!! Went from piff to broccoli florets and basil seeds🤣 with a side of piff… its still a primarily piff based scale but i use it for the kitchen n garden based projects .

Im right in SI got a garden all true organics and i make stuffs w my bounty. Maybe ill pass u some homegrown NyC black pepper or some fresh broccoli rabe from stem to plate in no time or the long term Sicilian eggplant dish takes me half the week to prep😂

Cheers love what ur doing and the vibes 👌🤌

Tanita is one of the best brands in the market for digital weighing scales. Had mine for 10 years before it finally gave up on me. Yes, it's expensive but it lasts long and very durable.

Uhh a baine marie is way of heating something, most commonly a pot with hot water with a bowl over top, thats a metal cup

Yeah I have that scale. Never thought to use it in the kitchen

I thought a bain marie was a double boiler or water bath, not a cup to hold spoons

Why do you prefer that material to a wooden cutting board? Thank you for your content!

Yummy. Even more plastic in my food. But it's softer.

Does the board produce micro plastics when cutting on it?

A 10 minute google search would let you know these are professional cutting boards that do not transfer any material unless you’re using very poor technique or aggressive cuts.

Stop using any cutting board made from plastic!!! You cook yourself microplastics

Yes, those very sharp blades are stronger than vinyl/pvc/other plastics, which means that the knife is able to easily cut them and mix those plastic residue with your amazing food!

I’m confused as a French, when I look up “baine Marie” it auto translates to Bain Marie, which is a cooking technique, are you sure that this “baine Marie” isn’t supposed to go IN the water like we do in france, and not just used as a tool holder?

*bain marie, or just say bath
Also, it's not what "bain marie" means.
