That first TD to Kmet was probably the most excited I've ever been for a regular season offensive play in a Bears game. Not just because they scored, and not because there have "never" been good offensive plays for the Bears. But when you factor in the design, the execution, and then Kmet just going BEAST MODE for the last 10 yards? Yeah, that was a thing of beauty. WE FINALLY HAVE A REAL MODERN NFL OFFENSE!

Yeah, Caleb talked about that throw in his post game presser and IMMEDIATELY said that he should’ve thrown it to the pylon and that he was PISSED at himself afterwards and had a “little talk” with himself on the sidelines which you’ve just GOTTA LOVE about him!! He learns from his mistakes!

I dunno if we'll extend Keenan, but it felt damn good to see him get involved. It gives me a lot of comfort knowing he's in the WR room with DJ and more importantly with Rome, coaching him up. Bears fans are NOT used to this level of talent on our roster lol, surreal.

Hit the like button blow this up! The things Caleb is doin 6 weeks in is next level stuff! The back shoulder to Keenan for the TD…chefs kiss. 💋 the fade for the TD beautiful man. He’s makin checks at the line pre snap. Scanning the field like a general. We got us a franchise qb man. Couldn’t be more excited

I wanted to keep Justin but I gotta admit this kid is fearless. He has gotten better every week. Works the pocket and delivers. I want Justin to succeed in Pittsburgh but I think we got a good one ladies and gentlemen.

Waldron now has this offense working and Caleb is learning and growing very quickly. So fun to see it happening!

This is one of the best QB games I can remember from a Bears QB. The only 2 that would compete were Cutler vs. Eagles in 2010 and Trubiksy vs. Bucs in 2018. Not quite a perfect game but when you are in game 6 and playing in London and you have a game like this, its exciting to think about whats to come.

Man, that first TD. Play had me so mad to so happy in a split second. Faked me out so hard. No single play can be looked at in a vacuum when evaluating a play caller, Shane's been setting this one up for a while. Really liking what I'm seeing from Shane and it seems like the league respects his abilities to keep D's on their toes. It's fun to see all phases clicking and not needing to wear one out as a crutch. Let's rest then keep balling.

First 2 drives: collapsing pocket, 3 and out.
After that: clean pocket and time to go through progression, 5 TDs.

OLine play determines his success. I’m convinced that he can make things happen with subpar receivers the way he’s able to zip balls into tight coverage, but having a good OLine that can give him 3 seconds in a clean pocket is a must.

Tim love your breakdowns as you and the QB school are the two indepth breakdowns I always make a point to watch. What occurred to me after watching both of your videos is that with Caleb and Waldron is that these two going forward are going to make these post game film reviews very very entertaining given Waldron's creative even gutsy play calling in combo with Caleb making these perfectly precise throws and making it up on the fly for another spectacular play. Its almost like with your insights and these two doing their thing the film review is almost as much fun as the game because the details of the film review giving a deeper richer appreciation for what happened on game day. Bottom line with Caleb and Waldron on my team it will be a pleasure to join the fans of the modern era who have had the luxury of rooting for franchise QBs these last few decades.

CW did really well. As he gets more experience in the league he’s going to be very clinical. He’s got the tools and he’s goi g to make mistakes but at least he’s learning from them.

That first Kmet TD was beautiful. Great design and beautifully executed. I can’t remember the last time we’ve seen something this intricate from the Bears not blow up in our faces. Imagine if the defender didn’t bite on Caleb’s second pump fake and sacked him, we’d all be scratching our heads and wondering what that was all about. That play required all moving parts (and there were many) to be on the same page and be able to sell what they’re selling, and I got to think that was exciting for all players involved to see it working to perfection even if they didn’t touch the ball.

Shout-out Kmet on that scramble where they gained like 30 yards. He obviously had a blocking assignment, but recognized a broken play and released down field because he knew Caleb needed someone to throw to.

Also, I've tried to be reserved on my Caleb hype, and I know it's the Jags, but after this game I'm all in. This dude is special.

Always look forward to your take. You've been hard on them when you needed to be so your high praise is that much more credible. You're a real analyst unlike a lot of these chatterboxes out there. Thank you and best of luck to your career.

Your film breakdown of the offense was brilliant. As a former practicing physician, I recommend daily nasonex or nasacort nasal spray with Zyrtec D for sniffles. You sound like a great dad! I will mention you on my next Cubbears Fan Report.

I appreciate the "slo-mo" and the multiple repetions of each play.

I am old, and I never played organized football, but I love watching football offensive okay videos. I do especially so on the 2024 Bears.
