I can definitely see Carmilla being in heaven since she shows compassion kindness and protection towards her daughters like a real mother should be. If she was truly evil and deserved to be in hell she would have not gave two sh*ts if her daughters were safe or not and not care about them at all. But she’s not she’s a caring mother of her daughters who’s willing to put her life on the line for her daughters so they can escape and be safe. Just like how sir pentious did in the show must go on and now he’s in heaven.
