Excellent sir, but I do wanna point out that the 75% cases which you were mentioning will be having positive pulsations is for usual elective ones
Mostly in ICU settings patients are too sick, sometimes in shock as well, so we don't usually see these pulsations.

With due respect sir, shouldn't there be air embolism ? The hub of the syringe is left and blood is coming out ....ideally it should be covered or the guidewire is placed immediately as soon as the location is confirmed by free flow blood....
