I am REALLY struggling with posing of bodies and stuff. I'm looking into getting better at art and honestly this video really helped me understand some stuff! so I just want to say thank you :]

At first when you were doing the realistic proportions I realized my art style pretty much goes against them because I draw men with more of an hourglass figure rather than having it somewhat straight, but I technically don't even draw normal humans, in conclusion I realized my art style is very stylized, amazing video! I leaned a lot from this

I’ve really been pushing anatomy aside, especially because I normally draw animals and my attention span is half a millisecond, but this video was interesting and informative:)

I really feel like I learned a lot from this and many other videos on your channel. It helped my anatomy A LOT 😳
I love your content and I literally can’t say that enough, you guys are INCREDIBLE

I really appreciate them reminding us that not everyone will be the same as this example, it really helps keep in mind different body types and differences when we get to character design!

You think after years of drawing I'd be better at this but I never really put in much effort bc of how confusing and boring it was for me to look up tutorials- sure I studied what my ref poses looked like when I drew full body but my anatomy was always off-
But this video helps a lot, it's clear, concise and exactly what I needed <3

I watched it at night and was able to remember everything important with ease and did it amazingly on my first try. Still think girls are easier to draw than guys. I think its the curves or the fact that if I'm struggling I can look in a mirror. I love how you get straight to the point! I have subbed and wont look back

I don't really focus on anatomy since I usually work on instinct. However, there is no word to describe how well done this tutorial is. This channel deserves more recognition

I love drawing arms and legs as sticks first, and elbows and knees as sort of diamond shaped flat piramids showing where they bent and at what angle we are looking at that. If it's a fantasy character, i tend to incorporate that in their armour instead of erasing. There's also rieb cage+shoulders and the hips as trapezes and the head of course, the hands and feet and then I fill the gaps with flesh.

Anatomy was always my weakness, but now it's a lot clearer :)

This is soo helpful as I always draw people just standing straight cause I didn't know how to do poses. I never used any of these techniques while drawing and just kinda winged it lol
I hope using these techniques can make the people I draw proportioned better

I also love how you explain what they are! Like perpendicular for any young audience that forgot or just doesn't know or understand what perpendicular means.
