I look forward to your recession ... if possible I ask you to please let us know how it goes beyond in the photo field also in the video sector, since from the characteristics I seem to understand that compared to the sw320 also in the video sector there is a step forward.

Benq is NOT offering any support and my monitor says "NO SIGNAL DETECTED"- so now I'm forced to send it back - I still have the box and with no support you don't know if it's you or the product

I'm an old mechanical engineer and it took me a good 30 minutes to determine IF & HOW the screen adjusted up& down and also 15 minutes to get stand on base, so it's just NOT AS EASY AS THIS GUY INFERS. Maybe he got lucky when he hit the stand just right but I could not get it to tighten or foot ROCK_tight for a long time, then had to do 3-4 more searches on the stand, as MANY of these are NOT adjustable, and it took a 60 second video of a10-year old kid just pushing on it somewhere unexpected to make it work. BAD directions from co & hope it now works better than that start indicates. Other than that, nice video, but gave me false sense of confidence that's for SURE. BR
