How to make meat crepes (Russian style)

Let's make meat crepes, aka meat blintzes today. You will need:

For batter:
- Warm milk - 250 ml, about 1 cup
- Boiling hot water - 250 ml, about 1 cup
- Dry yeast - 1/2 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 200 grams, about 1.5 cups
- Vegetable oil or butter - 1.5 tablespoons
- Large egg - 1
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

For filling:
- Meat (any kind) - about 3/4 lb (I used about 1lb on the video and had leftovers)
- Small onion - 1
- Salt - 3/4 tablespoon
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

For greasing:
- 1/2 stick of butter

good job! thanks a lot. I prefer to use soup ladle for baking one size pancakes easier.
