CHICKEN CREPE | HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE STUFFED CHICKEN CREPES

Chicken crepes are savoury soft crepes filled cheesy chicken filling. This makes an amazing dinner or a snack.

Ingredients:

For the Stuffing:
Boneless Chicken - 300 Gms
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp
Butter
Onion - 1

For the Crepe:
Eggs - 2
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Milk - 1 + 1/4 Cup
All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
