I had laughed at the Legend of the Moon. "The moon can't change anyone." I had said. Whenever it was told I mocked the characters, mocked the teller, mocked the listeners. Then one night, coming home from my parents house, I found myself a ways away from an inn with midnight drawing closer, so I left the road and went to sleep under the light of the full moon. When I woke my hair was white, my ragged traveling clothes had changed to a gorgeous white dress, my eyes had changed to a translucent brown, and my staff had changed to a beautiful weapon. To my shock and horror I realized the Legend was true, those who sleep under the light of the full moon become it's servants.
I returned home, what else could I have done? But I couldn't enter, so I left. I left and ran right into the Eternal Servant of the Moon. Now I am her assistant, doomed to live forever and serve the moon. I tell you this so that you can avoid my fate, Whatever you do, do NOT go to sleep under the light of the full moon, bring a tent, keep walking, but don't sleep, don't become me. I have warned you.
