Hii guys! I hope you're having an absolutely wonderful day. Today I decided to make some quick donut holes. These are super super good, and so fricking easy?? Bruh
I hope you enjoy this yummy donut recipe!
ingredients i used -
FOR THE GLAZE:
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
sprinkle of salt
FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 (or to ur taste) powdered sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
sprinkle of salt
FOR THE DOUGHNUT HOLES:
5 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
