Executive MPA People Management

We joined the Executive MPA course on People Management and spoke to founding Director and Professor Gerhard Hammerschmid, as well as students Thuvaraka Thavayogarajah and Eliard Veloso Silva about their impressions of the programme.

They highlighted the importance of successful leadership to organisations, the benefits of inviting external practitioners into the classroom to offer a practical perspective on management issues, and the diversity found in Executive MPA classrooms, among the students as well as among the faculty.
