What that means is , we are constantly feeling under pressure to come up with solutions; to find the answers for people. Because of that we tend to be quite a directive, instructive manager, and to tell people what to do a lot. This often means we don't ask enough questions, or use mostly closed, or leading questions in an attempt to control the situation. The risk of that is that we damage relationships, jeopardise or simply don't spend enough time building relationships. #communicationskills
