Thanks for the clear explanation and you’re right about doing accidental screenshots in the past for iPhones without a home button.

But it’s a little tricky bc I was pressing the home button and after pressing the volume up button and it would always go to the turn off option. I’ll try pressing both buttons at the same time and see if that works. They should make it more easy and obvious you’re in screenshot mode.

Thanks for the tips. The palm thing didn't work but the edge panel did. On my Samsung A50 you have to click Task when you access the panels in order for it to work.

I just hold my power button and tap "screenshot". I have the Pixel 3xl. I use the power and volume button only when I have limited time to take the screenshot

There is a way to snapshot screen by sliding the screen. Cuz pressing the button s will shorten shelf life of cellphone s. Am not a techie, just got my first 5g cellphone.
