It’s easier to set up Screenshot as (among other possibilities) a single virtual button using the Accessibility Top Menu that you get by first tapping the Assistive Touch button. On my iPhone and iPad that is a double-tap because I set the single-tap for the virtual Home button, something I have done since I wore out the mechanical Home button on my first iPad 2.

Please note that you have to take the screenshot quickly. Press the buttons simultaneously and release. Don't hold them down or your phone will want to power off.

The Google pixel ever you can have apps running like say YouTube and your browsing search in the web and you wanna take a screenshot. You could take a screenshot of just the webpage and not the YouTube video playing. We need that on iOS.
