From Elton John's 1983 album "Too Low for Zero." It was a landmark album, bringing together again the 1970s Elton John Band Nigel Olsson, Dee Murray, and Davey Johnstone. It also was the first album in a long while to feature lyrics exclusively by Bernie Taupin. They wrote and recorded the album all together, as in the old days, but this time at Elton's new favorite studio on Montserrat in the Caribbean. One new approach was that Elton was now writing and recording songs on a Yamaha synthesizer, instead of piano.

This track was also a top ten single, the first since 1976. Stevie Wonder played the harmonica solo. The lyric began as a letter Taupin wrote to his then wife, model Toni Russo. The album is also dedicated from Taupin to his wife. On the album sleeve it states, "Hey Toni, this one's from me to you - Love, Bernie." The song was the last recorded for the album and an exhausted Elton brought in Davey Johnstone to help him write it.
