As an ENTJ, I have no problem in setting time aside and putting in effort. Very accurate description. Although, I will tell you how much it gets under my skin when I make time for people only to be delayed, rescheduled at the last min, ignored, or given the run around to the point I don't bother. Sacrificing sleep, rest, eating, or even important workdays to make time for people who I really want to be around. This is probably one of the reasons why ENTJ's have such a cold ruthless reputation in situations that matter to them by dropping people easily whom are deemed lazy or especially unreliable. I'm very understanding to why people do so, but it has also made me very selective on who I give my time to.

Eh….as an ENTJ I don’t know if you can say that we are great with the time management outside of our careers.
Do we get birthday cards out on time? Do we text relatives back quickly?
No we’re not feelers, but there are types like ISTJ who are timely in EVERY way possible, not just the ways they are passionate about.

As a very busy intp I'm suffering from my mind absence a lot and find my self wasted a lot of time [ even days ] without completing anything and tbh I'm overwhelmed by this and try my best to be extremely organized but I fail due to my active mind day and night ..
