Thanks Rob, my Noob brain has grasped the concept of contracts. Thank you for your articulation. I really appreciate your time. I think I had a concern that if I lost the trade I would lose the margin, say 100 on the NQ. Or50 on the ES, whatever the margins are set at. I understand now I'm risking whatever ticks I have on my stop-loss and that I need enough margin to cover each contract I open. I'll be opening a small account with $500 on AMP, but I've been studying for 2 years very hard and have been backtesting. Wish me luck. I'll be following you.
