Rhythm strip (in middle) looks like sinus tach (narrow complex QRS, normal P & T waves best I can tell on the small screen), so going on the assumption they’ve got no pulse (hence the compressions in progress), I’d say it’s PEA. No defib.

No defibrillation. The rhythm on the pads is wide and regular, but there is no AV dissociation. Also the rate is 111, for it to be VT it generally has to have a rate of 120 or greater. Dr Amal Mattu has multiple lectures describing VT mimics on YouTube, they are fantastic. Additionally, the filtered ECG rhythm is sinus in nature.
