Here's an awesome finisher for your next chest day 😎

There are a few ways I throw this into a workout but it's always as a way to just get a nasty pump and some extra volume for the inner chest and tris.

Try doing a set of these til failure after your main set of bench, db bench, or incline or throw in a mega set at the end of your workout as your chest finisher. Do a set of as many as you can, then rest at the top, rep out a few more and repeat until you literally can't hold yourself up anymore 🫡

With all do respect bro there's no such thing as inner chest, you have the upper middle and lower chest muscles not inner and outer
