I was technically sitting on this for a LONG while, never knowing how to finish it, but recently I just forced myself to find some way to get it passable.

I'm seeing a few comments on it so to clarify why Gaster is in this video. Gaster, the amalgamates, Flowey, the VHS tapes, etc just all fit the general vibe I was going for and are all connected to the lab.
I think most people who know the game know Alphys' ran the experiment that created the amalgams.

The amalgams have always interested me so much, and yet they’re often overlooked. I don’t think people realize just how terrifying the thought of them really is - imagine a loved one you thought was gone not only revived but also conjoined and melted together with other people. With this in mind, the monsters accepting the amalgams REALLY goes to show their boundless kindness.

Once you're able to distinguish the monsters from the amalgamate it just gets worse, it really is just a conglomerate that were lucky enough to melt into a mostly stable body, with the worst being that they dont even seem mad, mainly confused and alone.

Just a reminder that, even though some of the Amalgamates have recognizable forms, like how Endogeny is a dog or Crystal is still a Snowdrake, there’s still like 50 Monsters unaccounted for within these guys. Plues, I’m pretty sure that TO THIS DAY we don’t know what the Hell a Memoryhead is supposed to be.

i love this animation. it perfectly represents how unsettling the true lab is in a fun way.
also the gaster and flowey lore bits are awesome, and i'm always happy to see everyman again

I love the true lab, that constant feeling of uneasiness, of something being completly wrong, contrasting with the entire game. It's definitely my favorite part of Undertale, you perfectly replicated that feeling and the vibe in general
