Alhaitham will get buffed soon, he needs a Natlan Electro or Hydro character who can use the Cider artifacts and buff the elemental dmg. With more new artifacts and new characters coming, existing tops dps like Neuvi, Alhaitham will have more alternative teams. Not to mention F2P Alhaitham doesn’t actually have a better suited F2P weapon as Kinich.. Earth Shaker is exclusively built for him as an F2P choice.

in my opinion clorinde, wrio, navia, alhaitham, xiao, arlecchino, mualani is the strongest characters from each element

if it was fair compaison at c0, SINGLE TARGET.
my opinion is arlecchino, navia, wrio, alhaitham, clorinde, xiao, mualani(she nukes single targets before neuvi, skill then burst, done. meanwhile neuvi has consistency in abyss thats is very useful).
