**~Hi guys! I would like to make some corrections~**

I was enlightened that even though Keqing works well in the aggravate team, Fischl A4 is actually the one dealing more damage. As such, in that case, Raiden C0 will likley be superior to Keqing. That said, I still stand by the fact that her damage isn't that amazing at C0, until you get C2.

Although many have said Xiao is better than Wanderer, I still stand by my pick due to the fact that his ER really has a lot of issues - even after trying to get the whole team's ER up. But that said, it is a fact that he can deal more damage than Wanderer, so my pick for the Wanderer is primarily based off on ease of use + damage.

i disagree with electro and anemo

you overestimate keqing, in her dendro team fichl done so much DMG in her team and outside dendro she's just a 4star. From my experience raiden outperform her even in quicken and quickbllom teams

as for anemo i hardly have energy issues for xiao and wanderer suffer so much more from not having C6 faruzan and lack of interruption resistance. and the AOE difference is so large

I wouldn't call Raiden a support. Her ability to battery requires playing her on field. And she represents a higher portion of team DPS than Keqing in her most widely played C0 team.

I agree with most of this list, but IMO you are heavily underestimating C0 Raiden. While it is true that she is entirely reliant on her burst, I wouldn’t call it a downside to using her as a DPS due to the sheer amount of energy she provides. If you are not able to spam her burst on cooldown that’s a problem. Also Raiden’s damage output at C0 is not bad at all, and is certainly better than Keqing’s damage output. For my account, I find Raiden to be my best dps, despite the fact that I have no constellations for her.

Couple of comments.

I don't like using ER as a crux for deciding a characters strength because ER requirements can be circumvented in many ways. In Xiao's case, he doesn't even need to adjust his personal build because his best team uses 3 anemo characters which generate tons of particles for Xiao.

Navia obviously made sense so I won't comment on that.

For the 3 electro dps you mentioned, you picked the worst option of the 3. I'm not saying Keqing is bad by any means but Cyno and Raiden, even at c0, are 100% more versatile and powerful than Keqing, so that was just a strange choice.

Alhaitham was also the correct choice for Dendro, but I should correct something you mentioned about Tighnari. His e cd is decently long, but most of the time the Tighnari rotation has him start with skill and then swap out to other support characters, and then when Tignari switches back in, he does his 3 charge attacks into skill + burst and repeats the cycle, so his longer cd doesn't really factor in too heavily - but yes, Alhaitham is definitely the correct choice here.

For Hydro, Nuevilette is obviously the correct choice but I feel the need to mention that you completely omitted Nilou from your list despite the fact that she definitely does qualify as a main dps character and is definitely stronger than Ayato and maybe even Childe.

No complaints about the Pyro section. It can be argued to be a tossup between her and Lyney but overall I think Hu Tao is more consistent. The only issue with her is the risky playstyle and needing her sig for a massive dps boost.

I agree that Cryo is a difficult one to dodge - I'd say that's probably a good indication of Cryo being well balanced internally. While Ayaka is the easiest to use I find that her role fits between the two extremes of ganyu and wriothesly. Wrio is best for bosses, and Ganyu (in my view) is best for mobbing. So the title of 'best dps' really depends on the demands of the particular enemy and the budget of the player. So, I respect you splitting the title between 2 characters.

I read your comment but I think that it’s also important about how you build your characters and not all about constellations because if you build raiden correctly she can deal insane dmg with the right build and teammates and ofc the teammates builds matter.



For xiao I agree that when it comes to raw damage wanderer takes the crown (for anemo ofc) but if you put xiao with c6 faruzan he will deal the same damage like wanderer but yes he needs the correct teammates to work.

C0 Raiden still outputs really good damage and she absolutely does not have energy issues.
Tighnari is quick-swap, the cooldown and charge atk is actually quite fast and is best with other quick-swap subdps on the team (fischl/sucrose/Kirara/yao yao etc) He's not expensive.
Neuvillette is braindead but i agree.
Tartaglia is difficult but Hu Tao ease to play? Wut?

I agree with everything except that Xiao has er issues 😂. His best team has 3 anemo characters hence he doesn’t have er issues anymore and as you said he does more damage.

7:20 yes alheitham is still the better dendro main dps, but you are underselling Tighnari here. I am a Tighnari main. Just like you wouldn’t prefer yea miko mono electro, it is viable but other team(s) are way better.

He deals lots of damage quickly so his shorter onfield time is his strength. Quicken is a versatile reaction since it doesn’t need a lot of re-application like melt, vape, bloom or electro charge.

He is an amazing quicken driver that works with many character of different investment levels.

Lisa, fischl, beidou and yea miko are great pairings in electro characters.

Baizhu, yaoyao, nahida and kirara offer good dendro utility to his team.

He works great with character that don’t intervene with quicken and can boost his or his teammates damage.

Sucrose and kazuha can wear VV to enhance electro damage

Zhongli and albedo are very good buffers for his team as well. Zhongli bringing shred and albedo bringing EM buff.

His best teams are quicken, either aggravate or spread, so judge him based on that, not hyperbloom

11:20 Lynney doesn’t want to trigger reaction, his kit specifically buffs mono pyro. His damage numbers are also very over tuned due to the fact that he doesn’t want to trigger reactions. Attack speed also doesn’t matter if that one hit is very high.

11:53 but hu tao is also very hard to play optimal right? Dash canceling, jump canceling, stamina costs unless C1, shielder preferred due to always being at less than 50% hp (a bit countered by her hp scaling), her vaporize style being locked behind Xingqui and yelan

If you’re making a DPS tier list then saying CA are clunky to use is just wrong lol. Lyney has already proven himself to not make mono pyro a disadvantage. Vaporise damage is 1.5x while Lyney with mono pyro gets 2.0x..

Also you are heavily overestimating the problems that burst reliant characters face:
Xiao ER issues (which is just not true with a c6 faruzan and a xianyun
Raiden ER Issue (which is ALSO not true as your are building ER on her usually at 280%)
Cyno ER issues are somewhat true but in a pure DPS standpoint he’s just… better than keqing idk what to tell you

Ayaka is literally also burst reliant. Not 100% cuz he skill and CA but they aren’t THAT good that they carry her. Wriothesley is just better

The only character I agree with on this tier list is Alhaitham and Neuvillette.

Overall this is just too many self opinions and doesn’t actually go off of calculations which a tier should be going off of 😅

Xiao and Wanderer difference is debatable. Xiao has become stronger now because of Xianyun which is Godly when paired with Furina. However, his mediocre constellations hold him back against the Wanderer. Wanderer has cracked SS tier constellations which makes him far stronger than Xiao before Xianyun and Furina’s release.

I’d say as for now, Xiao is already at his peak power and team comp which makes him the current strongest Anemo DPS. On the other hand, Wanderer has more potential since he still has no Xianyun-like figure in his best team comp. Bennett’s heal has 70% cap and it doesnt work for offield characters; Jean is good at healing but is weak at buffing damage without C4 and since she’s Anemo, she can’t proc any elemental power-ups for Wanderer’s talent. If Hoyo ever release a strong Cryo or Pyro healer that greatly buffs normal attacks, Wanderer will have the edge over Xiao again.

5* in the title is kind of mandatory since xianling is about equal with the 5* pyro dps in single target, but overpowers them all on multiply enemies and waves.

Tbh I think that raiden is better than keqing as her er problem can be resolved using the emblem set
