As a Pole, I've never seen a "good" Polish show. By good I mean "not a soap opera or paradocument", the bar is so low. Mostly because I don't have time to watch as many shows as I used to. But I've heard many good things about "Wataha", "Belfer", "Rojst" and "Ślepnąc od Świateł". I'll probably watch Rojst eventually, because Piotr Fronczewski is The Man.

One of the best Polish tv series recently. Actually, I think is kind of lame that so many Polish people have a very bad opinion about their tv series, but they can name only the classic ones: ranczo, m jak miłość, alternatywny 4...
What about Wataha, Blinded by the lights, Król, Kruk, 1983, Pakt, Belfer, Ultraviolet, Zbrodnia, Wojenny dziewczyny...

I think there a lot of good Polish show like Wataha, Blinded by the lights, Kruk, Rojst but Poles don't really appreciate our great cinematography.

I watched 2-3 movies in polish, but they are about word war II and too old. One of the two is black and white.
