📍Knowing where to seek care is very important.

Urgent Cares and Primary Cares are ideal for handling medical issues that are not life-threatening such as colds, simple sprains and minor cuts or burns. 🤧

But if a true medical emergency arises, you’ll want to head directly to an emergency room, where physicians specializing in emergency medicine can provide immediate care and consultation. 🏥

the funny thing is that the people who need to see this aren't. They should have videos like this in the waiting rooms of the ER. Minor things like that clog up the ER and then people get mad for waiting because they know it's minor and expect to be seen right away and treated right away. But they don't know it's an EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT so the waiting is going to happen regardless.

I am a prime example of the Emergency room patient! I am a klutz! Fell head first in a corner of the wall, split my head open! Lots of blood! Tripped in the driveway bringing in the trash can! It’s on wheels of course but tripped on broken concrete, when I fell I busted open my middle finger, right hand, back to emergency! Then it got super infected er doc never gave me any antibiotics! Sheesh! Then I spent a week in the hospital getting IV antibiotics and oral! Which tasted horrible! The specialist hand surgeon did a bedside surgery, was pulling litte stones out of my wound! Good Lord, what the hell did the ER doc miss?
