Great video! Why is there basically zero liquidity on the XND? I checked Sept and Jan expirations, both volume and open interest is pretty much zero. What am I missing? Thanks Tony!

I noticed the bid ask spreads on XND are not very tight. Is this indicative of low liquidity for trades?

You mentioned Put Debit Spread, but why not also Call Credit Spread that acts the same plus most people like the feeling of receiving money upfront than paying for a spread.

I've only recently started looking into hedging after realizing it's just a good idea. Do you keep a constant hedge on your portfolio? I mean there is just no way to predict a market correction. When you have a catalyst like say Covid, nobody knew just how much the market was going to correct. I mean it dropped one day and for all anybody knew it could go up the next. So point being seems you would always need a active hedge.
