Blue Jackets star Johnny Gaudreau dies after being struck by vehicle while cycling with brother

Columbus Blue Jackets star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew, died on Thursday night after they were struck by a car in a cycling accident, according to a press release from the New Jersey State Police.

They were groomsmen in theirs sisters wedding which was supposed to be in a few hours. Absolutely tragic and hopefully they can support and console each other during this time.

Another drunk driver kills someone, two people in this case. Given our country’s track record he’ll probably get 1 year, if not a suspended sentence for time serve, then probation. He’ll be driving again with a couple of years at most.
