Ankle Rehab Options: Mid-Late Stage

Just under 3 weeks post injury now and all going really well. Ankle handled last week's program wonderfully, so decided to progressing to some low intensity plyometrics and hopping work - will repeat this session 2-3x over the next week or so (in conjunction with lower limb strength plan).
