A SPIRIT - who is the Father - is there with Jesus ("God is a spirit"). "HOLY" is the name given by Jesus to that "SPIRIT", in order to be able to identify Him. That "Spirit" would have no name otherwise!
Only THAT SPIRIT (the Father) is there, NO FURTHER SPIRIT IS WITH JESUS!
"Father" (who is a spirit) and "Holy Spirit" are thus just two EQUIVALENT names: no third divine person exists.
If you wish you can replace the name "Holy Spirit" by "Father" wherever it occurs in the gospels (not in the baptismal formula, for another reason).
