I am watching your video. I have been a sprouter and a microgreener for 10 years. I just took one of my sprouting trays (with the holes), and instead of using coir, I took a paper towel, fitted it on the bottom, wet it throughly, sprinkled some brassica seeds, placed the tray inside another tray (with no holes) and covered the whole thing. I will then water it FROM THE BOTTOM, (never did this before). Thanks mate (Melody from Brooklyn, NY). lol

This is a great informative short video. I didnt know about growing micros like this. I do not have good luck with sprouting seeds, they always gets moldy. Maybe I'll have better luck with micros. Thanks for sharing.
